What is BA Multimedia?

BA Multimedia (Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia) is a 3-year under graduate degree program in Media studies. Multimedia courses are opted by the vast majority of people due to its tremendous growth of opportunities. Multimedia in brief is related to digital integration of graphics, text, video, audio, animation, etc.

Graduates with a Multimedia degree have opportunities to work in industries like Film studios, Advertising companies, Web designing, Computer games designing, Television studios, IT companies, Digital education content companies, animation, and media, etc. Also, an individual can create qualities like a deeper understanding of the verbal and visual representation of contents, improved problem-solving skills, positive vibe, access to vast variety of information and exploring the world in all aspects.

A graduate with multimedia can get an average salary of Rs.25,000  per month for a fresher and can change according to the field of work and experience.

After completing BA Multimedia one can work as Web designer, content creator, television, multimedia programmer, graphics designer, digital media editing, etc. or can take the Masters Degree in Multimedia.

During the final students have to submit a website project and multimedia project.

WEBSITE PROJECT

The objective of the web site project is to evaluate the practical knowledge of students in creating and designing a web site that comprises all the essential features required while building a professional web site.

MULTIMEDIA PROJECT

 The main objective is to make a multimedia project using all the practical and theoretical knowledge acquired during the last five semesters and the project should comprise essential multimedia features for the particular project for evaluation.
